What is your returns policy?
Your refund and return rights of the Contract and return of the Goods:
If you have ordered Goods on our website, your right to return starts from the date your order has been accepted, when we either email you to accept your order or we deliver the Goods to you, which is the date a contract between us is formed. You will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving them and will receive a full refund provided the Goods are back to us in good satisfactory condition. This does not affect your right to return faulty or miss-described goods.

Full refunds will only be issued when we have received the Goods back in a resalable condition. This means they should be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged and with a copy of the invoice included. You must take reasonable care to ensure the Goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. If the Goods are damaged (or have been modified) by you or are damaged in transit in a way that you could have foreseen (such as not being sent back in the same or similar packaging as sent to you) we withhold the right to refuse any returns (or partial returns) that do not meet a good and sellable condition as described in this clause.

You may have had a product delivered to your site by Wiltshire Timber Supplies, if you need to return one of these products please contact the team so that we can arrange a timely collection from your site and arrange a credit or refund.

Faulty products - If goods are faulty then please get in touch and return the product as soon as possible so we can quickly arrange a credit or refund.

What area do we cover?

We cover areas from South Bristol, up to North Birmingham across to Reading and into Wales. Message us if you're unsure and we will do our best to help.

What are your delivery lead times?

This will depend on stock availability at the time the order is placed. If the items ordered are in stock our delivery lead times are usually around 2-4 days. if we do not have the stock on the ground at the yard this would be discussed at the time the order is placed to set expectations and ensure you're happy with the expected delivery dates.

How do you operate for trade customers?

We pride ourselves in ensuring that dealing with Wiltshire Timber Supplies Ltd is simple and stress free.
We operate in 4 simple steps for our trade customers to achieve this.
Step 1 - You send us your enquiry.
Step 2 - We send you, your quotation, in a promptly manner.
Step 3 - On acceptance of your quote, you will receive your invoice for payment.
Step 4 - Delivery is arranged on an agreed date and will arrive on the site or address needed.
